One of our trained technicians will arrive at your home and diagnose the source of the water leak and the repair(s) that are needed or recommended. Then the technician can go over your repair options/costs with you while onsite. All repairs are always approved by the customer before any repairs are ever made and the associated repair costs are always upfront so there are never any hidden costs or fees.

AC Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your air conditioning system. This will include full operational inspection of the outdoor condensing unit, indoor evaporator coil/ drain pan, clean the condenser coil with coil cleaner, flush out indoor drain if needed, add condensate pan tablets to evaporator pan and or condensate pump, check refrigerant pressures and operational temperatures, along with amping out the compressor and fan motor and checking the condition of the contactor. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Gas Furnace Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your gas furnace. This will include a full operational inspection to check the heating operation, will check/ clean gas burners if necessary, inspect the flue, inspect ignitor & flame sensor, check operational safeties, check the blower wheel and or inducer motor, amp all operating motors. Last perform a combustion test on heating system to check heat exchanger and operational efficiency. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Heat Pump Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your heat pump system. This will include full operational inspection of the outdoor condensing unit, indoor evaporator coil/ drain pan, clean the condenser coil with coil cleaner, flush out indoor drain if needed, add condensate pan tablets to evaporator pan and or condensate pump, check refrigerant pressures and operational temperatures, along with amping out the compressor and fan motor and checking the condition of the contactor. Last the technician will cycle the heating as well to check the function of the electric heat. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Oil Furnace Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your oil-fired hot air furnace. First the technician will perform a visual inspection of the system and oil tank. next will replace the oil nozzle, oil pump strainer if necessary, and oil tank filter. next will inspect the burner chamber if access is available, check flu, sweep chimney base and any furnace cleanout ports, next will cycle the furnace and check all operations and controls and run a combustion test to check operational efficiency and the heat exchanger. Technician will make any necessary burner adjustments if needed. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Gas Boiler Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your gas fired hot water boiler. Technician will remove the flu piping, check & sweep the chimney base, next will clean & inspect the heat exchanger and gas burners. Next will inspect the gas ignitor & flame sensor or pilot assembly. Last will cycle the boiler to check overall operation and check the controls & safeties, also run a combustion test to check operating efficiency. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Oil Boiler Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your oil-fired hot water boiler. Technician will start with removing the flu piping and seeping the chimney base, next will clean and sweep the boiler heat exchanger, then will replace the oil nozzle, oil tank filter & oil pump strainer if needed. Next will cycle the boiler to check out overall operations & controls & will run a combustion test to check the operating efficiency of the boiler and make any necessary burner adjustments. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Mini-Split System Maintenance( 1 cond/ up to 5 indoor)- Residential

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your mini-split air conditioning or heat pump system. This will include full operational inspection of the outdoor condensing unit, indoor evaporator coil/ drain pan, clean the condenser coil with coil cleaner, flush out indoor drain if needed, check refrigerant pressures and operational temperatures, along with amping out the compressor and fan motor and checking the condition of all electrical connections. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Mini-Split system Maintenance(2 Cond/ up to 10 indoor)- Residential

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your mini-split air conditioning or heat pump systems. This will include full operational inspection of the outdoor condensing units, indoor evaporator coils/ drain pans, clean the condenser coils with coil cleaner, flush out indoor drains if needed, check refrigerant pressures and operational temperatures, along with amping out the compressors and fan motors and checking the condition of all electrical connections. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Geo-thermal Maintenance(residential)

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on geo-thermal heat pump system. This will include full operational inspection of the compressor section and controls, indoor evaporator coil/ drain pan, clean the evaporator coil if needed, flush out indoor drain if needed, add condensate pan tablets to evaporator pan and or condensate pump, check refrigerant pressures and operational temperatures, along with amping out the compressor and fan motor and checking the condition of the contactor. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Tankless Water Heater Maintenance(residential)

·$129

A trained technician will arrive at your home and perform maintenance on your tankless water heater. Technician will first do an over all inspection of all elctrical components, gas components(if gas fired), check condition of flame sensor and ignitor(if gas fired) or ohm out electrical elements if electric tankless, next will use flush valve and flush the heat exhanger out if flush valves are present. Lastwill cycle the water heater to check out overall operation and safeties. Once service is completed technician will go over any repairs or recommendations found during the service.

Jason came out to discuss my HVAC and hot water situation. All the systems are old and not worth putting any money into IMHO. I currently have the original boiler for heat and hot water and a different system for A/C. I want to get rid of the A/C unit in the attic with the inefficient vents in the middle of the house. I also want to make sure I can heat and cool the whole house and not just sections of it. I prefer forced air and propane is my fuel of choice. Jason listened to what I had in mind and suggested a dual fueled heat pump for heating and cooling. He also recommended a Bosch tankless water heater. I also wanted to replace the baseboards that have been abused over the years. We discussed running duct work and removing the pipes for the old baseboards. I’ll remove the baseboards themselves. Jason’s recommendations were solid. The dual fuel system allows for heating the house even if the electricity is out, for example. I live in an area where power goes out frequently. I am excited about Jason’s proposal and can’t wait to see it and get started.
