The guys arrived on time as scheduled, quickly diagnosed my problem, confirmed warranty status with the manufacturer, and ordered my parts. They were professional and personable. First time using them, since my prior HVAC company went out of business, so I'm happy I found them.

Jason came out to discuss my HVAC and hot water situation. All the systems are old and not worth putting any money into IMHO. I currently have the original boiler for heat and hot water and a different system for A/C. I want to get rid of the A/C unit in the attic with the inefficient vents in the middle of the house. I also want to make sure I can heat and cool the whole house and not just sections of it. I prefer forced air and propane is my fuel of choice. Jason listened to what I had in mind and suggested a dual fueled heat pump for heating and cooling. He also recommended a Bosch tankless water heater. I also wanted to replace the baseboards that have been abused over the years. We discussed running duct work and removing the pipes for the old baseboards. I’ll remove the baseboards themselves. Jason’s recommendations were solid. The dual fuel system allows for heating the house even if the electricity is out, for example. I live in an area where power goes out frequently. I am excited about Jason’s proposal and can’t wait to see it and get started.
